木糠布甸(消化版)
話說木糠布甸係超級簡單,只要有電動打蛋器就一定唔會衰既甜品。除左原味之外仲可以加好多其他野整第種味,例如可可粉﹑榛子醬或者cream cheese等等。原裝既木糠應該係瑪莉餅黎既,用消化餅都得,不過木糠會粗d。
材料:忌廉250g﹑煉奶50g﹑消化餅5-6塊
首先將消化餅打碎,越碎越好;如果冇攪拌機既就搵個保鮮袋入住去轆碎佢
忌廉打到八成起,加埋煉奶再打起;如果要加其他味就可以而家加埋
之後就一層一層咁鋪好消化餅碎同埋打起既忌廉
擺入冰箱雪硬,食個時攞返出黎攤一陣;食淨左可以就咁擺係雪櫃
如果冇電動打蛋器,可以用呢種打蛋器,比起普通個種易打起好多
