Honey Biscuit
雖則Hoeny Biscuit中文叫做蜜糖鬆餅,但係質感同英式鬆餅scone又有少少唔同。焗完出黎唔使搽野就食得。
材料:自發粉112g﹑楓糖漿20g﹑牛油40g﹑糖霜5g﹑鮮奶40ml﹑鹽少許
牛油放室溫等佢溶,加埋糖霜同楓糖漿攪均成奶黃色
自發粉加鹽篩落牛油糖漿度搓均
落埋牛奶搓成粉團,之後放入雪櫃雪20分鐘
雪硬左之後搓成球狀焗10-15分鐘
焗完之後再搽少少糖漿係面就靚晒
外面香脆裡面鬆軟,雪入雪櫃隔日食一樣咁正
