梅菜炆豬肉
用有限既材料同有限既時間整左樣好香港既送,梅菜炆豬肉。
材料:梅菜、豬腩肉、生抽、老抽、冰糖
梅菜視乎鹹度浸幾個鐘至過夜之後切粗條;豬腩肉切件
先用白鑊炒香梅菜;另外煎香豬腩肉
煎香後加落梅菜度,加水煮滾;水可以多d,由佢慢慢煮
滾左之後加老抽,加到顏色岩就得;再加幾粒冰糖,會炆得淋d;大約中細火炆兩個幾三個鐘到豬肉淋就可以落埋生抽調味,如果梅菜好鹹既可以唔使落生抽
上碟加幾粒蔥靚d,送飯一流
